Returns

At K & M Mattress Plus, we value providing you quality sleep on our mattresses which means we prioritize your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Here are the details:

  • Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the mattress must be in resalable condition. This includes minimal wear or use. Specific examples of wear include but is not limited to loose threads, stains, rips, tears, and dents in the mattress padding (if applicable). We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to assist you throughout the process.

  • Return Process: Initiating a return is straightforward. Simply fill out our convenient return form. Once we receive your return request, our team will promptly process it. Upon approval, you’ll receive an email notification confirming your return.

  • Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll promptly process your refund.

Exchanges

We offer our customers the opportunity to request an exchange within 15 days following the delivery of their purchase.

 

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in an unused and resalable condition, and must be returned in its original packaging.

 

To initiate an exchange, please complete our Exchange Request Form. Once we receive your request, our team will review it and get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Please be aware that each mattress size is considered a separate product. Therefore, even if you wish to exchange your mattress for a different size within the same product line (for example, exchanging a Ruby Twin for a Ruby Queen), you will be responsible for any price differences that may occur.

 

We strive to make this process as smooth as possible for our customers. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us!

Refunds

Your refund will be processed to the same payment method used during the purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company. We kindly ask you to allow a minimum of 2 business days for the credit to be reflected in your account. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

In the case of offline payments, a check will be issued to the individual whose name is listed on the return form of the order. This check will be mailed to the address provided on the return form.

 

Please be aware that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. These costs are associated with the delivery of your order and are not eligible for a refund.
