Shipping & Deliveries

At K & M Mattress Plus, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional shipping services tailored to meet the needs of our diverse clientele. Whether you’re located in the bustling heart of the San Francisco Bay Area, anywhere within the beautiful state of California, or across the vast expanse of the continental United States, we’ve got you covered.

Please note that any shipping costs provided on site is an estimate. Actually shipping costs may vary after your order has been processed by our logistics team.

When placing an order, there are two independent steps that happen: Processing Time & Shipping Time.

​

• Processing Time 

We must first process the order before we ship the order. Our current processing time is 3 - 5 business days after placement of your order. Orders submitted on over the weekend and/or during holidays will be processed the upcoming business day. After your order has been processed, you will receive an email about shipment of your order ​

• Shipping time 

Once your order is processed, you will receive information about your shipment. We will try our best ship out your order within the next 24 - 48 hours after your order has been processed. Delivery times will vary based on your location from our warehouse. ​

Local Pickup

For customers who prefer not to wait for delivery, we offer a convenient local pickup service. Here’s how it works:

• Location: Our warehouse is situated at 362 Bayshore Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94124.

• Process:

  1. Order Placement: Customers can place their order online or in-person at our warehouse.

  2. Confirmation: Once the order is confirmed, customers receive an email notification if the order is placed online. If the order is made in-person, customers can schedule a pickup time with our friendly staff.

  3. Visit Our Warehouse: Customers can visit our warehouse during our business hours (see below or Contact).

  4. Payment (if applicable): Upon arrival, customers who chose to make payment offline can make payment using their preferred method (cash, check, credit card, etc.).

  5. Loading Assistance: Our friendly staff will assist in safely loading the ordered items into the customer’s vehicle.

 

Business Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Sunday: Closed

Vehicle Considerations: Customers should ensure that their vehicle can accommodate the size and weight of their ordered mattress(es).
